Terms of use
These are the terms for using siya: the website, the parent app and siya on WhatsApp. By using siya, you agree to them.
What siya is
siya keeps your child's record, gets you ready for doctor visits and helps with the home programme.
siya keeps the record. It doesn't diagnose or give medical advice. Every decision about medicines, doses and treatment is your doctor's. siya organises what your doctors wrote. It doesn't replace them.
In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Nobody watches siya around the clock.
Your family
The parent who brings a family into siya decides who else joins it. Everyone added sees everything about the child in siya, and can add to it. Remove someone from Profile, then Family.
What you add is yours
You keep every right to what you add. You let us store it and process it only to run siya for your family, as the privacy page describes. You can download it or delete it at any time.
Using siya fairly
- Add only information you have the right to add.
- Don't use siya to harm, harass or mislead anyone.
- In Playground groups, the Playground rules apply. Moderators remove posts, or people, that break them.
An early service
siya is new, and run by two parents. It may be down at times, and something may go wrong. Keep your own copies of important papers. We'll tell you before we change anything important, and give you time to download your data if siya ever closes.
Money
siya is free during early access. Some shop links may earn us a small fee. Those links are marked, and nobody pays to be listed.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions made using siya. If we make a mistake, we'll own it and put it right.
The law
These terms follow Indian law.
